FINANCE

Department Head : M.Kutumba 

Financial Department is the lifeblood of the organization. The department controls all the inflow and outflow of cash in the whole organization. Without the financial department, Chiredzi Rural District Council (CRDC) will cease to exist as all the day to day operations lean on the use of cash controlled by the department.

The department is obliged to collect revenue from all points accordingly, try by all means to manage the use of resources in order to remain as cost effective as the entity can and also making sure cash for petty and budgeted items is readily available at the time of need.

Merely speaking the department has to make sure the whole firm operates within the budget and is also the advisory committee to the other departments where necessary on the use of its resources.

To support all the departments with cash as and when applicable the Financial department is obligated to stay updated and understand all the programs that each and every department plans in future so that at the time of request cash is readily available perse.
